Well, Popo, a girl who was my classmate in high school definitely is the most adventurous person I’ve ever met so far.

I’m an easy going type of person, which I do believe is a good character.

People often say “like father, like son.” And I couldn’t agree more. My father and I are both quite easy to get along with. So we both have a large circle of friends.

The street I’d like to talk about is Zhongshan Road, a wide road consisting of four lanes[lein]. It’s located near Jinan university in Xiangzhou District, a bit far from the downtown area in Zhuhai city.( It’s only a 20 minutes’ bus from the city center.)

You know, last year the government of Zhuhai proposed many positive policies which were beneficial to the development of Zhuhai’s economy and living environment, such as the project of the new sky train and the reconstruction of Hengqing island. So, there are more chances of employment for our young generations and the city life is becoming more colorful now.

However, there are also some problems, which have brought troubles to our citizens. You know, as the city becomes more attractive than ever before, the increase in tourism has caused damage to the local environment. OK, I’m going to talk about the library of the college where I studied in. It is a quiet and lovely place and I really enjoy the quiet atmosphere there. The library is within walking distance from the dorm which I lived in, and you know it’s in the center of my college. The library is a 6-storey-high building with two sliding doors in the sides. The whole place feels light and airy. The best part of it is the seats near the window on the five or six stair coz there’s a wonderful view outside the window. The library put tons of resources at your disposal，but there’s a limit on the number of books you can check on. I was a novel buff, and I often went to the library to read Chinese novels twice a week. The place that I want to travel is Xiamen city, which is located in Fujian province. This is a fabulous [‘fæbjuləs] seaside city with great views, friendly local people, mild temperature and many other great things.

The street is excellent for window-shopping because there are hundreds and thousands of shops. You can not only buy various products, but also enjoy great local snacks, such as Sacha noodles, fried oyster[‘ istə] and stuff. The best thing is that this is a car-free street. So you won’t be bothered by any traffic noise and the terrible smell of burning gasoline when you walk along this tidy road.

It’d be great if my best friend could spend two days helping me explore this nice coastal [‘kə stl] city, which is famous for its modern city life and better living environment, you know, the cleaner city streets and fresher air.
